Those who find it important to put everything into a stylistic cathegoria gonna face problems with this album. It would be something like R&B/Shake/Twang/garage/Twist/Surf/Rock/Pop/Blues/Beat/Jenka/pre-punk. Or to make it more simple and accurate: a pastiche of sounds from the early 60's.
Let them who wants to strugle with definitions. To everyone else, this is just very, very great music. Smashing stuff! - driving rhythms, strong and cathy melodies, moody minor chords, an airy 'n' atmosphaeric sound, something sweet and delightfull blended with something rough and raw. Just perfect.
